Here’s how it works: Start by completing the short RV details form below. If your unit is a good fit— Class A, B, and C motorhomes as well as travel trailers with bunks typically do the best—we’ll reach out to connect. Next, we’ll walk you through the agreement, set a drop-off date, and once your RV arrives, our team will give it a full inspection to make sure it’s ready for guests. From there, we take over—storage, cleaning, maintenance, and bookings are all handled by us. You simply relax and enjoy the passive income while we keep your RV working for you.
On average, Motorhome owners can make 6-10K+ per season and Travel Trailer owners can make about 4-7K+ per season in our program. We do not guarantee any amount of revenue, but we will work hard to make sure your RV is rented out for top dollar so that you make the most amount of money with your investment.
Owner statements are sent out at the end of each month with a detailed breakdown of all the rentals. Payments are generally sent via zelle along with the owner statements at the end of the month.
No! The only fee you will have is a storage fee with our state of the art partner, Honey Bee RV Storage. We generally like to do 6-12 month contracts with our owners, but we are flexible. Reach out to us below and we can have a conversation to see what works best.
Every rental through our booking system comes with built-in commercial insurance coverage. As an owner, you’ll keep your personal RV insurance active, but you won’t need to make any changes to your policy. The supplemental commercial rental coverage applies automatically to each rental, giving you extra protection without any extra effort or cost.
Renters are fully responsible for any damage during their trip. To protect your RV, we collect a security deposit from every guest and carefully screen and train renters before they’re approved. Many rentals are delivery-only, which keeps risk even lower. For regular wear or mechanical issues like a failed A/C or water pump, responsibility falls to the owner. Our team can quickly diagnose and repair these problems to minimize downtime, but repair costs are billed to you. Meanwhile, we stay very proactive—inspecting tires, greasing slides, and checking roofs and seals throughout the season at no cost. With us, your RV is well cared for and kept rental-ready all year round.
